Community business coaching and development are efforts undertaken by the Company through guidance and counseling to foster and enhance the capabilities of small businesses (UMKM), making them resilient, self-reliant, and capable of growing into medium-sized enterprises. The Company has provided coaching to five Business Development Institutions ("LPB") and three Microfinance Institutions ("LKM") located in the KIDE, MTBU, KPCS, INDO, BAYA, MCIP, and TCMM districts. The Business Development Institutions ("LPB") provide technical and management coaching by offering training and support to UMKM while facilitating marketing and UMKM financing. In addition to these six districts, coaching for UMKM is also carried out independently by Company employees.

The Company extensively conducts entrepreneurship training in all work areas. This training aims to foster interest and motivation in the community to enter the world of entrepreneurship, develop knowledge and skills in business management, production, marketing, enhance business partnership networks, and improve the ability to promote entrepreneurship among UMKM.

The company has established UMKM Galleries at Sepinggan Balikpapan Airport and Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru Airport with the aim of promoting the sale of products from supported UMKM. Additionally, online sales through the website and social media @gallery.pama are used as promotional tools to introduce the products of supported UMKM. The company facilitates online sales through the website and other social media channels, especially for 325 home industry UMKM.

Posyandu, or Integrated Community Healthcare Post, is a community health service unit at the village or neighborhood level. The purpose of Posyandu is to raise awareness among the community about the importance of health and provide basic health services to pregnant women, infants, and toddlers. Posyandu is also a community-driven initiative aimed at preventing the increase in maternal and infant mortality during pregnancy, childbirth, or afterward. Currently, the Posyandu program is integrated with efforts to address and prevent stunting, both through programs for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and toddlers.
The Company has conducted regular blood donation activities. This activity is carried out in collaboration with the PMI (Indonesian Red Cross), with the aim of assisting in the procurement of blood and involving employees and the community in CSR programs.

In the sustainability and progress of a nation, education holds a highly strategic and urgent value because, without education, a nation's civilization will always suffer from a lack of knowledge. This pillar is primarily focused on education, especially for the younger generation, with several main programs such as school construction in the MCIP area, fostered school programs, youth workforce training, Adiwiyata schools, IAABL promotion, anti-drug awareness, employee teaching, the Parents Care Movement ("GOTA") program, and Semangat Pagi and Aku Pasti Bisa.

Improving the quality of education in Indonesia is a significant responsibility that cannot be achieved by one party alone. All components of society must work together because every child, without exception, has the right to receive proper education. In order to improve the quality of education in remote areas, the Company, together with PT Tuah Turangga Agung, established a vocational school (SMK) for heavy equipment and multimedia engineering. This SMK is named SMK Maharati.

Karyawan Mengajar Program or The Employee Teaching Program is a voluntary program where employees of the Company and its partners teach at both formal and non-formal institutions in the community. The Karyawan Mengajar Program can also enhance employees' communication and leadership skills.

The Company operates the GOTA (Gerakan Orang Tua Asuh or Parents Care Movement) Program, which is a scholarship program that provides financial assistance to underprivileged children to ensure the continuity of their education. Sekolah Adiwiyata is a program in Indonesia that encourages schools to implement environmentally friendly practices and educate students about environmental sustainability. The Sekolah Adiwiyata program integrates environmental education and sustainability practices into the school curriculum.
Environmental contribution and carbon balancing efforts are aimed at maintaining environmental balance and minimizing negative impacts on climate change. In making environmental contributions and carbon balancing, the Company has a focus and objective in the environmental management pillar, which is to sustainably preserve the environment through biodiversity conservation and environmental rehabilitation to prevent disasters, climate change, and enhance the quality of life of the community.
